Are Clouds of the Bible UFOs?

If you ever take the time to read the Bible, you will notice the word "cloud" appears quite frequently in it. In fact, it appears almost 150 times. Of those 150 instances, approximately half of them refer to the typical meteorological rain cloud most people think of when they hear the word cloud.

The remaining 50 percent of the time, the term cloud is used to reference an astronautical vehicle that is used as a platform to travel and communicate with the people of Earth.

Exodus 13:21-22

The LORD was going before them in a pillar of cloud by day to lead them on the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night. He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.

Exodus 19:9

The lord said to Moses I am going to come to you in a dark cloud.

Most people don't want to think of the cloud as an astronautical vehicle because it detracts from the mysterious nature of God. If you look at it from a technical perspective, it appears to make a lot of sense. God wasn't born on Earth so that would open up the possibility he is Extra Terrestrial. A lot of religious people balk at that because they want God to be a spiritual being that is separate from and resides at a higher order than Extra Terrestrial beings. If you simply group everything as Earthling or Extra Terrestrial, God would then be Extra Terrestrial from that viewpoint.

It makes you wonder if God is an Extra Terrestrial Volute (UFO) pilot.

Exodus 24:16

It makes you wonder if the reason God only appeared to Moses in seclusion was that he is one of those green three-feet-tall almond-shaped eyed beings or something not humanoid. It is upsetting for religious people to think that but it sure would make sense. Why would he not appear in front of Earthlings if he were not humanoid? Because then they would know there is life on other planets.

Moses would obviously be able to keep God's secret. Also, Moses may have gotten too close to the spacecraft when he met with God. Just like on Earth, there are an enormous amount of precautions an Earthling has to take in order to be near a spacecraft returning from outer space. It may explain why his face looked different, possibly like a sunburn.

Exodus 34:29

It came about when Moses was coming down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the testimony were in Moses' hand as he was coming down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because of his speaking with Him.

Was Jesus an Earthling or an Extra Terrestrial, does the celebration of Lent help shed some light? Was Jesus also a Volute (UFO) pilot? Notice how he left in a cloud:Acts 1:9

After He had said this, they watched as He was taken up, and a cloud hid Him from their sight.

Jesus says he is going to return in a cloud:Mark 13:26

Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

If you were to put the more common circular-shaped Volute (UFO) that modern day man thinks of everytime someone utters the phrase UFO and have it appear next to a lenticular cloud, it is easy to see how someone 2000 years ago would think it is a cloud. The question is, why is it so important for God and Jesus to associate their needs to travel with these clouds and yet call them clouds?

The term Volute, which is the technical name for UFO, and the word flying don't appear in a language until around the 15th century so that would explain why they don't use those words to describe them. Obviously, it is easier to get a person 2000 years ago to understand it's just a cloud, though it makes you wonder if God and Jesus are hiding something and why they don't make more effort to explain how it is that they are coming and going from Earth.

It's going to look pretty silly if they show up and are Volute (UFO) pilots and all these cloud biblical stories and ufo sightings throughout history are all a part of a larger Extra Terrestrial plan that simply involves not cluing the Earthlings in to what's going on simply because they can't figure out UFOs don't fly.
