Revisiting Manchester Orchestra
I had never gotten much into Manchester Orchestra. I discovered them through another band and only listened to bits and pieces of their album I'm Like a Virgin Losing a Child. That album had a sort of indie punk rock feel to it, so I figured that would be most of their other albums as well.

'God of War' Review
God of War was always a very interesting franchise to me. I played only bits and pieces of the previous games, only because I just couldn't understand how a guy could be so angry with Greek Gods that he would kill all of them. With that in mind, I decided to give the latest title in the series a shot.

Music Review: 'Time'—Louis Cole
If you've paid any attention to bands like Snarky Puppy, KNOWER, or any type of jazz or nu-jazz artists, then you've probably heard of the name Louis Cole. He's a founding member of KNOWER and has done lots of collaborations with people over the years. If you still don't know him, you probably know him from his song "Bank Account" that became a meme for a brief stint.

'Kin' Review
With the producers of Stranger Things and Arrival, plus the acting talents of Dennis Quaid and James Franco, you would think Kin would at least fulfill some desires of seeing a modern setting get mixed up in sci-fi hullabaloo. As the movie runs on, however, it becomes quite clear that the trailer drags you in for something that the movie will not quite deliver on in the final cut.
