The Future of Solar Technology
Our current approaches to producing solar energy are not practical on a commercial or industrial scale, and if it is to survive in the energy industry new methods must be utilized. The methods discussed in this article are alternative approaches and improvements to substantially boost the efficiency of solar cells, and if further developed, boost the efficiency of any power generation system that produces waste heat.

Fusion With Our Past
Fusion energy has been known as the gateway to our civilization's future. Fusion reactions yield the largest amount of energy per unit of mass than any other reaction that we know of, and it is in our near technological reach. The amount of energy produced from fusion fuel would be so large that, once commercially stabilized, the fuel would be so inexpensive and require such modest amounts to operate, that electricity would eventually be virtually free. This, however, is the bliss of idealism. We have yet to actually achieve remotely close to any of these claims, and it seems as though that almost-in-reach phase is lasting much longer than we anticipated.

The Human Condition
The strangest part of life and death to me is that time always carries on. You live your life to its fullest, or to its lowest, and when you die time carries on. ‘You’ become a decomposing mass of inanimate molecules. Your body stops working. Your memories are lost. Your experiences, your secrets. Every detail about your suppressed or gratifying moments are vanquished. You no longer exist the way you were. Your brain dies. This constructed identity of ‘you’ dies.
