At just 10 years old, Jacob Tremblay has made a name for himself with his incredible talent and charming red carpet appearances. He most notably surprised audiences with his heart-wrenching performance in 2015's Room, a film that earned his costar, Brie Larson, her first Academy Award for Best Actress.

Tremblay stars in the upcoming The Book Of Henry which is directed by Jurassic World and Star Wars: Episode IX helmer Colin Trevorrow. While speaking to EW, the talented youngster brought up his adoration for the #StarWars franchise by revealing his pleas to the director to score him a cameo in the upcoming saga installment.

Tremblay frequently went to Trevorrow while on the set of Book Of Henry, enthusiastically listing off various roles he could potentially appear in:

"I could be a baby Wookiee and I could be an Ewok. I could be a droid, I could be anything!"

Tremblay recalls the director politely stating, "Okay, buddy, I’ll try my best," and we're all left with our hearts melted courtesy of his adorable smile. His Book Of Henry co-star, Jaeden Lieberher, reveals he is not nearly as Star Wars-crazed as Tremblay and that the Galaxy Far, Far Away even interfered occasionally while on the set:

“It came up every day because of [Tremblay]. During school, during filming. Somehow ... we talked about Star Wars more than The Book Of Henry during filming of The Book Of Henry!”

Jacob Tremblay Has Made His Star Wars Adoration Well Known

During the 2016 Academy Awards, beloved droids C-3PO, R2-D2 and BB-8 made a brief appearance, which caused Tremblay to excitedly get up from his seat for a better view. He took a picture with his "new squad" backstage — and over 120,000 people liked their delightful interaction.

Tremblay's Instagram provides an awesome look into his love for the franchise, as illustrated by the lightsaber love and various touristy poses taken with characters from the rich universe:

Although the starring roles are already set, it isn't completely out of the realm of possibility for Tremblay to drop in for a Star Wars installment. Daniel Craig had a surprise cameo as a Stormtrooper in The Force Awakens, and rumors are swirling that Tom Hardy may follow suit and cameo in The Last Jedi. As Episode IX hasn't begun filming as of yet, there may be a chance for Tremblay to cameo in whatever role Trevorrow deems fit — and we are definitely rooting for him.

You can watch Tremblay star alongside Naomi Watts, Maddie Zieger and Jaeden Lieberher in The Book Of Henry, which is currently in theaters.
