Before the Clone Wars, there were two force-sensitive children that lived on Tatooine. They were born as the “Chosen Ones,” that had hoped to bring balance to the galaxy. They weren't twins but had a seven-year age difference. The older boy was named Anakin Skywalker and the younger girl was named Lina Skywalker. The Skywalkers were captive as slaves because their mother, Shmi Skywalker was sold to the Hutt clans. There was no biological father but strangely, Lina Skywalker had natural scarlet hair which she didn't inherit from her mother.
Once Lina Skywalker turned six years old, she had met a bounty hunter named Jango Fett who was twenty years old. Since their first meeting, Jango Fett had made her his protege. Throughout their journey together, they hunted down bounties, trained, and enjoyed each other's company. But after a year Jango Fett had second thoughts in keeping Lina as his protege once he discovered that Lina Skywalker obtained the force. This led to Jango Fett abandoning Lina Skywalker after she had desert fever on their training. Jango Fett had thought it would be best if he left Lina Skywalker so he wouldn't had to involve Lina Skywalker in his life anymore, even though he did developed romantic feelings for Lina Skywalker. He had to let her go and wished to meet her once again.
Few months passed since Jango Fett’s disappearance and another journey awaited Lina and Anakin Skywalker. Anakin was thirteen and Lina was seven.
(Note: I had made this more years into the original timeline. Anakin originally was nine but in my story but I had made him thirteen.)
Obi-wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn discovered the Skywalkers on Tatoonie. Quin-Gon Jinn promised to aid them in their future Jedi training. After Anakin had brought Lina Skywalker and himself freedom from podracing, it was time for them to continue their unexpected journey with Qui-Gon Jinn. Sadly, they couldn’t free their mother from slavery. It was hard for the two Skywalkers to leave their mother but they endured the pain and left Tatooine to join the Jedi Order.
Once they left Tatooine, Lina Skywalker and Anakin Skywalker had discovered that another young force-user was onboard the mission with them. Her name was Karri Shan. She was a year older than Lina and not only that, she had a close relation to the Naboo Queen, Padme Amidala who was only sixteen years old. Karri Shan had also been promised by Qui-Gon Jinn that she will be given Jedi training. Obi-wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn were on a mission to protect the Queen Padme Amidala and isolate the Separatists from her planet, Naboo.
Before the mission on Naboo was completed, Anakin Skywalker had destroyed the main control ship in space with his amazing piloting skills, and Lina Skywalker had helped protect the people of Naboo along with the officers and servants. Obi-wan Kenobi grieved over the death of his master, Qui-Gon Jinn. A Sith apprentice, Darth Maul had killed Qui-Gon Jinn but was defeated by Obi-wan Kenobi with the help of Karri Shan. Qui-Gon Jinn had told his dying wish to Obi-wan Kenobi which was that Obi-wan Kenobi would train Anakin Skywalker as his Padawan, and soon become Karri Shan’s master, and lastly, have Anakin Skywalker train Lina Skywalker once she became a padawan. Qui-Gon Jinn had foretold the future of the padawans under Obi-wan Kenobi. Soon after the Invasion of Naboo, the Jedi Council had assigned Anakin to become a padawan under Obi-wan Kenobi. At that time, Lina and Karri became younglings. The Jedi Council had believed that Lina and Anakin were the "Chosen Ones" of Jedi Prophecy, who would bring balance to the Force.
After ten years, Anakin came back from his Jedi Training with Obi-wan Kenobi. Anakin was finally able to see his younger sister again and also, Padme Amidala. During those years, Karri and Lina had became best friends and trained together through their youngling training. Lina had trained under Master Jedi Quinlan Vos for hand-to-hand combat training and his famous tracking skills. (Lina was fourteen years old at the time.)
One after another, Anakin had missions to escort the Naboo Queen, Padme Amidala to Naboo and protect her during her stay. Obi-wan and Lina had a mission to go to an unknown planet, Kamino that they had discovered after obtaining information from Dexter, a Besalisk, about the Cloning Project on Kamino. Once Obi-wan Kenobi and Lina Skywalker arrived at Kamino, Lina couldn’t believe it. She had once again reunited with her former master, Jango Fett. Jango Fett’s feelings still lingered for Lina Skywalker and he had vowed himself that he had never loved anyone but her ever since his disappearance. After Obi-wan Kenobi had obtained the information he needed to learn about the Cloning Project, Jango and Boba, Jango’s clone son, escaped Kamino. Obi-wan and Lina followed Jango Fett to the Separatist planet, Geonosis. This lead to a trap. Lina and Obi-wan were captured by the Separatists and imprisoned. But Lina Skywalker was freed by Jango Fett. Lina Skywalker had a little bit of a grudge toward Jango for abandoning her years ago but, then, Jango confessed the reasoning of why he left and how much he loved her ever since then. With understanding, Lina accepted his love despite the age difference, and opposing sides they were on. They remained in love with each other. Even with Lina’s execution coming within seven days, they made every last second of their lives together. Within those seven days, Lina became the mother of Boba Fett who accepted her wholeheartedly. More surprises came for Lina as Jango wanted Lina to become his wife. Without hesitation, Lina accepted and on that same day, Jango Fett and Lina Skywalker had their traditional wedding on Jango’s homeworld, Mandalore. Once the day of execution arrived, Jango and Lina had to depart. Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala were captured by the Separatists when trying to rescue Lina and Obi-wan and failing. Lina, Obi-wan, Anakin, and Padme were all part of the execution and had to stall for the Republic to come and rescue them. Once the Republic arrived, a war between Jedi and Separatists’ battle droids broke out. Moments later, Lina had watched her lover, Jango Fett die in front of her eyes. She saw Jedi Master Mace Windu kill Jango Fett by striking his lightsaber through his chest. Stealthily Lina went to Jango’s aid. Lina bought Jango Fett towards the inner walls of the arena along with Boba. Shortly, the battle was brought out of the arena. Jango, Boba, and Lina were the only ones left in the arena. As Jango was slowly dying, he told his last dying words to Lina and Boba. Jango had told Boba that he will be under Lina’s care and she will be raising him from now on. Jango hoped that Boba will be a great man and bounty hunter in the future. Jango Fett regretted not being able to see the milestones of Boba Fett. For Lina, his dying wish is to continue to love him even if she loves another. Lina and Jango said their last “I love you's,” and shared a last kiss before Jango died.
After the first battle of Geonosis, Lina had bought Boba to Coruscant to stay with her from now on. Days later, Padmè, and Anakin married each other on Naboo with only Lina, Karri, Boba, and the two droids, R2 and CP30, knowing about their marriage. Lina remained heartbroken from Jango’s death but her love for him remained.
A few months have passed since the first battle of Geonosis, which changed the Jedi Order dramatically due to the Clone Wars beginning. Lina kept her son a secret to the Jedi Order so Lina would send Boba Fett off training with Jango’s close friend, Bossk, in bounty hunting. Lina and Karri remained padawans but still haven’t been assigned to their masters quite yet. Anakin became a Jedi knight but still tagged along with Obi-wan Kenobi on missions. Padmè Amidala was no longer the Queen of Naboo but now a senator for Naboo. A year had passed and now, Lina and Anakin will begin their unexpected journey into the Clone Wars.
