Did Kylo Ren And Rey Already Have/Make A Force Connection In 'The Force Awakens'?
In The Last Jedi, Supreme Leader Snoke claims that he established a Force connection between Kylo Ren (aka Ben Solo) and Rey that ultimately draws Rey to seek out Kylo, believing that, since Luke refused to return with her to help the Resistance, Kylo might turn away from the dark side and help them. Kylo, sick of Snoke's abusiveness, as well as genuinely wanting to save Rey's life, turns the tables on his master and slays him. Kylo and Rey then join forces in a truly cinematic battle against Snoke's Praetorian guards, who rush to confront them in the wake of their master's death. However, Kylo ultimately refuses to aid the Resistance and Rey leaves him, trying to shut him out.

Say it ain't so, Keanu! Actor Keanu Reeves (Bill & Ted Excellent Adventures, John Wick, The Matrix trilogy) revealed during an interview with The Guardian that he felt "let down" by Return of the Jedi when he first saw the final installment of the original Star Wars trilogy at age 19. The film continued the storyline established in A New Hope and carried through in The Empire Strikes Back, which many fans consider one of the best Star Wars movies in the franchise. Return of the Jedi attempted to tie up many of the loose ends in The Empire Strikes Back, which included Han Solo being frozen in carbonite, then taken captive by bounty hunter Boba Fett, the revelation that Darth Vader is Luke’s father, Luke dealing with losing his right hand and lightsaber in a duel with Vader, and the Rebels narrowly escaping the Empire in the end.

It’s no surprise that the latest show, The Book of Boba Fett, is having a few stars of its own. Most prominent is Jennifer Beals, who is best known for starring in the 1983 film Flashdance, and has been cast in Boba Fett as a Twi'lek character.

It says on the back of the DVD case for Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode II, that anything with Boba Fett featured in it increases it's worth by 800%. And that is definitely the case. Now more than ever. You could argue that Boba Fett has been popular since his appearance in The Empire Strikes Back, (tries not to remember the infamous Holiday Special, it didn't happen, it never happened. GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT OF MY HEAD!) but you could also say he's been seen as a bit of a joke. That embarrassing defeat he suffered in Return of the Jedi, a temporarily blind man with a pole took out the galaxy's best bounty hunter after he had only been on screen for a combined 6 minutes.

2021 has been a big year for Star Wars comics. Things started off with a bang this year with the release of the Into the Fire arc as part of Greg Pak's Darth Vader series. The comic follows the famous Sith Lord and his discoveries about Darth Sidious between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. The arc ended with the Emperor showing Vader the true extent of his power on Exegol, putting his apprentice in his place, and blinding one of his assassins, Ochi of Bestoon.

For millennia, the planet Ilum was a sacred place for the Jedi. Located deep within the Unknown Regions, hardly anyone outside the Order knew of its existence. Nevertheless, countless generations of Jedi younglings were taken there for a ritual called The Gathering, where they searched inside the Crystal Cave for a kyber crystal that would “sing” to them, and build their lightsabers around their crystals. The crystal and the Jedi-to-be formed a symbiosis that would ideally last for a lifetime.
