'Doctor Who' Series 10 Episode 4 To Be Released Separately With Binaural Sound Feature

Doctor Who series 10 is well underway, and fans are going crazy following episode one. With lots of news and spoilers being released before the series started last week, series 10 is set to be one of the most scariest series to date.

But, series 10 is about to become even scarier for episode 4 titled 'Knock Knock' This episode is said to be the scariest of the series, and is about to turn even more scary with the new option the BBC will be releasing.

Doctor Who With 3D Surround Sound Option Is Finally Here!

Written by popular writer, Mike Bartlett, 'Knock Knock, is set to feature mysterious creatures that will make fans scared of them. The episode is also confirmed to have the well-known actor, David Suchet, guest star as a landlord of the house that Bill Potts moves in to.

However the #BBC have confirmed that as soon as the episode of #DoctorWho is available on the BBC iPlayer, they will give viewers the opportunity to put themselves in the characters' shoes, as they let fans watch the episode in a new way with the“special binaural audio edition” of the spooky episode.

The audio track for the episode will contain “a 3D surround sound effect for anyone wearing headphones, placing them at the heart of the action in this nail-biting episode.”

What Is 'Knock Knock' About?

Released by the BBC, the official synopsis for the episode reads:

“Bill is moving in with some friends and they’ve found the perfect house – so what if it’s strangely cheap to rent, and the landlord is a little creepy? “The wind blows, the floorboards creak, and the Doctor thinks something is very wrong. What lurks in the strange tower at the heart of the building – and why can’t they find any way to enter it?”
