Doctor Who Series 9 Trailer #2 Analysis!

SPOILERS!

"He doesn't have a plan"

Doctor Who series 9 has just got even more exciting! A new trailer has been released in the lead up to September. It will give you the chills. Here's a few things picked out from the Trailer!

1) - Robots

Robots in Viking times has got to be pretty decent. There is still no confirmation on who these guys are. It was said that these Robots are brand new to the show. That's pretty exciting. They will also be alongside Maisie Williams character. Again yet to be confirmed who she is playing. Rumours have it, these are "The Mire".

2) - Creepy Looking Ghoul

Small corridor, old looking building, a church? Have just entered an old church with spooky looking ghouls on the loose?

3) - Maisie Williams And A... Lion?

Here she is! Still no confirmation on who she is just yet, but she looks spectacular. We know from Moffat's information that she is brand new character and NOT from the Doctors past. So is she someone from the future? The other character (to the right) looks like a lion. Not only that, in the Trailer he breaths fire. Fire breathing Viking Lion. Intriguing.

4) - Watch Out! You're Going To Get Wet!

An interesting looking creature is sighted here and what looks like, he is pulling quite a bit of water towards him. What is this creature up to? Probably a plot to destroy the world. Or is he helping?

5) - Eye Am Watching You!

Well well well. Something new, something blu... No that's not for here Lewis. Well it is something new as I don't think these have been seen before. A hand with an eye in it. Is it the dead coming back to life again (not as Cybermen) but in a whole new shape. They're out to get you. Yes you.

6) - Odin And...

Now this awesome looking dude has been named as Odin. But who is Odin? Looks as though he is working with these Robots. As previously stated they are rumoured to be called "The Mire". Not there is no confirmation yet on who or what they are. Spoilers. Let's wait and see.

7) - Hmmmmm

Now I've got no idea on who this could possibly be. First I thought the Shakri. That idea has passed by now. I've read somewhere that is could be the Pregeneration before Missy. Please remember that it's yet unknown where Missy has come from and whether or not she came after John Simm or not.

8) - Gelth? The Great Intelligence?

Now we last saw the Gelth 10 Years ago in S01E03. Are they making a comeback now? He is rather creepy and looks sinister. Or is it the Great Intelligence making another appearance? We last saw the Great Intelligence in the Series 7 Finale.

9) - Ready To Kill

"Your story is over." The Doctor isn't happy with this beast. Well that's the impression we got. He looks quite deadly too. This monster looks like the one pulling all the water towards him. So he isn't happy and wants to kill.

10) - A Dragon?

Take cover, you don't want to get eaten by this! Trust me. Well this looks like a rather angry Dragon. By the looks of the setting, we're back in the Viking Era with Maisie Williams and the Robots and the Lion Man. This looks like one epic story! Can't wait.

11) - Zygon Attack

They're back. The Zygons return after last making appearance 2 years ago in the 50th Anniversary Special. This time they're back and stealing children. What could they possibly do with children? Also for this story we know that Osgood will be making another appearance after "dying" in the Series 8 Finale. Looks epic.

12) This I Love!

4 different types of Daleks all in one scene. The usual gold ones, blue and white Daleks, the black Dalek from Series 3 and look closely, the Supreme Dalek from Series 4. Oh yes, he's back! Get ready, this looks explosive!

13) - "Hello"

She's back and better! By the looks of it, she's in a cave hiding away. Look on her wrist. Vortex Manipulator? Is that how she escaped in "Death in Heaven"? I expect so. But look at this, she is in the same Episode as the Daleks!

See, I'm not lying. The Daleks are with Missy. Could this be the Time War? The Master and the Daleks and the Doctor(s) on Gallifrey again. Rumours have rapidly been going around saying that David Tennant and Paul McGann are coming back. Are we returning to Gallifrey with 2 other Doctors and the Master fighting the Daleks? Let's hope so. It'll be good to see Gallifrey again.
