Doctor Who and Sherlock Head writer, Steven Moffat, is to receive an OBE for his service to Drama TV Shows as part of the Queens Birthday Honours.

The Director of BBC Wales Congratulated Steven Moffat by saying this:

Not only that, Sherlock star, Benedict Cumberbatch will also receive an OBE for Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire – for services to the performing arts and to charity comes after rumours surfaced earlier this week.
