I Asked ChatGPT To Bully Me
Artificial Intelligence really sticks in my craw, but for different reasons than you might think. I find it overly positive, civil, and unwilling to berate me. So I set out to make ChatGPT bully me. After all, if the robot is going to take my job, I may as well justify hating it. All things considered, here are my results:
Steven Christopher McKnightPublished 3 months ago in Futurism Can We Build a Planet From SCRATCH?
Whether it is human activity were a giant meteor crashing into us planet Earth is not gonna last forever eventually the lump of space rock that we call home will one day no longer exist so what will we do as a species if this were to happen the obvious plan is to reach out into the universe and build colonies elsewhere but space travel is incredibly complex and we're still not sure if it's even possible to reach another solar system within a reasonable amount of time but what if we built an entirely new planet ourselves.

I sat in the park watching the children play. I couldn't tell the difference between the children from other planets and the children of what seemed to be Earth, even though I knew it was no Earth I had ever been on . Firstly, everything wasn’t bombed out like the Earth I was from. We were at constant war. There were no parks, no cities, mostly underground tunnels and holes we live in with very few buildings left. Living above ground involved a measure of recklessness.

The Kardashev Scale assesses a civilization's technological capabilities based on its ability to manipulate and utilize energy. This scale was devised by Russian astronomer Nikolai Semenovich Kardashev in 1964.
The future? Or will history just repeat itself?
If a sustainable society is successfully established on Mars by Earthlings, the initial settlers will primarily identify themselves as Earthlings and adhere to Earth's laws. It is undeniable that within the next 20 years or even two centuries, humans will undoubtedly set foot on the moon and Mars, establishing the first colonies.
THE RESURRECTION OF COLD WAR
History repeats itself. The very basic maxim holds true for the revival of such large-scale brewing conflict. The current geo-political scenario in the Indo-Pacific presents a clear picture that US and China are not only at daggers drawn with each other but are also cajoling other countries into this deep-dug abyss. The world right now is on its toes. The fear of this nascent conflict turning into a global war is haunting the entire world. Reminiscent of the cold war events, leaders around the globe are cautious of what turn will it take. Will we see another demonstration same as the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 or détentes like NATO and Warsaw Pact will again be on the rise. The question remains intact. Alliances like QUAD, AUKUS and Five eyed alliance have already started the chicaneries but such a reaction has not been seen from China so far.
The Other Side
The year is 2100. The world is a hellhole. The Third World War has ravaged the planet for 20 years, unleashing nuclear fire, biological plagues, and cyber terror. Billions of people are dead, and millions more are dying. The survivors live in fear and misery, under the tyranny of the Eurasian Alliance, a bloc of European and Asian countries that sought to conquer the world.
Unraveling the Mysteries of Neuralink
In the realm of technological innovation, few names resonate as profoundly as Elon Musk. Known for his audacious ventures in space exploration, electric vehicles, and renewable energy, Musk has once again captured the world's attention with his latest endeavor: Neuralink. Promising to bridge the gap between humans and machines, Neuralink's brain-computer interface technology has sparked fascination and speculation alike. In this article, we delve into the intricacies of Neuralink, exploring its recent advancements and the potential implications for humanity.

In the ever-evolving landscape of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), the imperative to foster diversity and inclusion has gained considerable attention. While the STEM fields have made significant strides in advancing innovation and knowledge, there remains a glaring gender disparity that calls for concerted efforts to empower women and dismantle barriers that hinder their full participation.
Dim EstherPublished 3 months ago in FuturismThe Problem of Evolution in a Simulated Universe
I have been spending a considerable amount of time lately (2018) thinking about various aspects of different simulated universe hypotheses. One topic that arose in a recent post piqued my interest, how to account for evolution by natural selection in a simulated universe. I wish to address the issue from the most common simulation hypothesis perspective, what I call the simulation hypothesis 1 (SH1) type universe. In SH1 scenarios both the universe and ourselves are 100% simulations. In other words we are 100% simulated beings living in a 100% simulated universe. Immediately it seems a concern reveals itself for evolution by natural selection implies that there be a ‘natural’ world for the selection by fitness to occur in. In SH1 there is nothing natural, everything is simulated so how could evolution actually function in such a universe?
