Your thoughts create your reality.

A man in deep thoughts about something

Many of us can’t imagine that there are vibrations which are invisible to our own eyes and are always found around us. You will notice that there are so many things happening in your vicinity, amongst which is brainwaves or the vibrations that our minds produce. Dreadful thoughts cannot produce good results, and good quality thoughts cannot produce bad results. The moment you feel stressed or are having any other feelings, it is simply because of two things;

  • You are thinking about what you really won’t like to happen.
  • You are thinking about the future and not what you are undergoing in the present moment.

It becomes very difficult to be stressed or feel any other negative emotions if you are living in the present moment. If you want to persistently feel negative emotion, put your focus on those things that might happen, or rather, those things that you don’t want to happen in the next moment, year, month, day, hour, or second. The way you personally feel about life and all that happens therein depends on where you focus your attention.

If you will continuously think the way you are thinking, you will continue to do whatever you are doing, and you will keep receiving the same results that you are receiving. In short, your experience today and your experience in the future are the results of your previous thoughts. Don’t forget the fact that your future is predetermined by your thoughts at this moment. If you can adopt that school of thought, the probability of having a successful and exciting future is very high.

Thought waves are the crucial unseen power!

Thought waves cannot be seen by our physical eyes. They can’t be visualized by our sight just like radio, infrared, television, and x-ray waves. Due to the fact that thought waves cannot be seen, it is very difficult for people to acknowledge and accept the power of mind concepts into their reality.

The Two Types of Minds

an illustration about thoughts

There are two types of minds inter-related into one universal mind. They work hand in hand to enable proper functioning of our bodies.

Conscious mind

This is the brain-management system which decides what you want to acquire and what you want to become. This mind is an intention thinking section within the human brain, and it can only accommodate one thought at a time. It refers to those decisions which you deliberately and consciously make. It conveys instructions and information through mental pictures to the subconscious mind.

The main function is:

  1. Identification of the incoming information through the five common senses.
  2. Comparison of previously stored information and experiences within the system.
  3. Analysis of information entering the brain. It has the capacity to accept or reject data that relates to making choices and decisions in life. It can deal with only one thought at a time whether positive or negative.

Subconscious Mind

This section of the mind is the processing factory for information. It is used to store and retrieve data. It accepts without questioning your mental pictures regardless of its form as complete instructions. It facilitates heartbeats, body temperatures, breathing, and all your life functions. A distinctive feature of this mind is that it is subjective, meaning it can’t think or reason on its own. It just obeys the instructions received from the conscious mind. It can react negatively by making you uncomfortable when you try to do anything new or centrally to its pattern of behavior. For instance, the sense of terror and discomfort are psychological signs that your subconscious is active.

To understand this concept better, you can feel your subconscious mind pulling you back toward your comfort zone each time you try something new. Can you imagine that any thought of doing a different thing from what you’re habituated to will make you feel nervous and worried?

Therefore, the human brain is the most powerful organ that all humans possess. You need to understand the functioning of your brain better.
