Water Signs (August Energy Reading)

That was brutal right? How great was it to spend your birthday in the middle of an astrological storm, and then on top of that, the most intense one we've had in years. A lot of us crabs (Cancer moon here) peeped everything that was happening around us, and scurried off sideways into our little caves, and never dared to check outside of our shells until the dust had cleared.

A tactic we all know and love.

However, we still had to carry around that big brain and heart, and really organize all of the tattered and frantic emotions on our own, and sometimes with the help of at least one or two close friends. Most felt defeated, because of regrets and failures that had transpired earlier on in the summer, these could have been failed relationships, failed projects, or even feeling like a dream of yours was just too out of reach. This happened so that we could remember not to go and stay in defeat mode, pick ourselves up, and keep grinding on, no matter how much sorrow we were carrying.

In August, Cancer's are being pushed to really analyze their beliefs and responsibilities. Seeing how intense the energies were, a lot of things were put on hold, because we just simply could not. With great pain though, comes great wisdom, so all is not lost, and some people may need your advice. You will certainly be well-equipped to give it and receive it with more grace.

Also, you will be pushed to ask yourself "am I doing this, because I believe it's what I SHOULD do, or do I need to reevaluate and go towards my higher calling?"

The good news is, Leo season is helping to bring back all of the confidence in ourselves, and that feeling of defeat you were carrying out of July will whither away, as you turn back towards your dreams and ambitions. To say the least, we will be winning, but only if we agree on the fact that the past is the past, and what's done is done. Move along.

Emotions will come back into balance, people will want to be around your energy more, as it will have a healing aura around it, and your heart will begin to melt that icy guard it had to put up. This will help align you back with relationships that ended during the retrograde (if it is warranted), and put you back on the path of love and prosperity.

Thinking, thinking, thinking, and observing. You guys really did get super mercurial during July, and it was a bit uncomfortable. Things either changed for the better, or for the "worst" (depending on your emotions and perspective, but every change is good) and you had to really learn what it feels like to release your control of the universe, and your crazy imagination/delusions just to really see things for how they truly were. You had to stay centered, and on top of your emotions however, because there was also so much else to do in your life, and I do get a sense that some of you were a bit weighed down and melancholic because of this.

Your goal for August is to practice practicality, because you've been too immersed in all the metaphysical, emotional sides of life, so you understand that quite well, even if it doesn't feel like it. This is still a trait that you all are born with, so there is no need to babysit your fleeting emotions any longer. Pisces will do much better focusing on their goals, and being more detail-oriented about where it is they want to go next, and using a more logical, conservative approach to life, because trust me, you will get SO much more done in that frame of mind in this season. It's all about action, and you don't wanna stay distracted by self diminishing thoughts, being caught up in love or drama, or anything else that does not pertain to your creative vision. The love will be there, the money will be there, the accolades will come, but your life purpose cannot wait any longer. Whatever comes to mind when reading this, I suggest you start acting upon that idea NOW.

Once you tap into this energy, you will be able to unlock your inner wisdom, and this will help guide you into making better decisions, whereas, in the past, you may have jumped on bandwagons that had weak wheels, and never made it to the destination you had been craving or anticipating. This is because you took no time to silence the mind, and temporarily distract it with mentally-stimulating things such as the arts or creative endeavors. You guys are all being urged to focus on the time and synchronicities that you may have been seeing (222 333 444 etc) if you don't know the meanings, look them up and heed their advice. The universe is watching you and cheering you on.

If any of you have felt alienated or alone in a room full of people, you will be coming out of yourself, and into the world again during this month, so you will no longer feel left out in the cold, or like no one understands you (I'm hearing, speak up, so some of you will be starting to do that way more, and it will be received well). Whatever was lacking in your life, expect it to be replenished and restored without you having to try too much, but you have to release your grip around Gaia's neck first!

Don't be a control freak. Let things play out, I promise you will enjoy this movie.

Honestly, you guys have to remember that the Universe works FOR YOU not AGAINST you. Once you really practice this mindset, all the little pitfalls and disappointments won't feel as heavy and emotional as they used to. This will inspire a lot of creative release, because you won't be trapped in that smelly box of yours thinking about all the "what ifs" and "could haves." Mental restoration is abound, this is a theme for all of the water signs, just be patient and stay lighthearted.

Bravo guys. You took suffering in silence to a whole other level of elegance and willpower. All June and July, you kept pretty quiet about the things you were going through, and the Universe's dealing of your karma (you know, that one thing that completely blew up in your face, and you knew it was gonna happen).

Everything that has happened this past year has made you pretty wounded, but also pretty experienced and numbed but also grateful, because of the wisdom and strength gained through it. You may have even felt a sense of relief when the band-aid was ripped off, because you just intuitively knew it was for your betterment, and you were prepared for the hit. Be careful not to carry any defensiveness into new situations coming in August however, because of said experience. You are no victim, Scorpio. You are a product of your own thoughts and actions.
