Who Will You Stand With?
The Israel-Palestinian conflict is an enduring and deeply complex issue that stirs strong emotions and differing viewpoints, even among Christians. Within Christian circles, there is a divergence of opinion when it comes to the conflict, with some steadfastly supporting Israel's actions as a means of defending the land they believe God has bequeathed to them, while others are deeply troubled by the loss of innocent lives in Gaza and the strong backing Israel receives from the United States. This article aims to provide an organized discussion of this multifaceted topic, shedding light on the overarching Christian perspective, the biblical foundations that underpin it, and the call for compassionate public justice.

Why Al Aqsa is the Key to Israel-Palestinian conflict
The Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound, situated in the heart of Jerusalem's Old City, is one of the most sacred and contentious sites on the planet. Its prominence in global news headlines is often due to the recurring episodes of violence that unfold here, serving as a flashpoint in the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict. To truly comprehend the complexities of this region, one must delve into the rich historical, religious, and political significance that this site embodies. The city of Jerusalem itself holds immense importance as it is a convergence point for three major world religions: Islam, Judaism, and Christianity. These three faiths intersect at several holy sites within Jerusalem, with the Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound being a focal point of this convergence. To grasp its significance, one must first understand its various names and religious contexts. Referred to as the "Temple Mount" by Jews, Muslims know it as "Al-Haram Al-Sharif," meaning the Noble Sanctuary, or more commonly as the "Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound." The Compound consists of the Dome of the Rock, an Islamic shrine that holds particular importance for Muslims who believe that it was from here that the Prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven. Adjacent to it is the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which boasts a vast prayer hall with space for up to 5,000 worshipers. Its name is derived from a reference in the Quran to a mystical night journey by the Prophet Muhammad to the "furthest mosque," generally understood to be in Jerusalem. Consequently, the Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound ranks as the third holiest site in Islam, following Mecca and Medina. In Christianity, Jerusalem has biblical significance, and the Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound is tied to the Old Testament and the life of Jesus. However, for Judaism, this site holds unparalleled importance. It was home to two ancient Jewish temples, the first of which was destroyed by the Babylonians, and the second stood for almost six centuries until the Romans razed it in the first century. According to Jewish teachings, this mount is the prophesied location for a third Temple to be built when the Messiah, a savior figure, is sent by God.Historically, the Compound had been under Muslim control for approximately eight centuries and was off-limits to non-Muslims. Jewish law even forbade Jews from entering or praying inside the Temple Mount due to its immense holiness. This resulted in Jews praying at the Western Wall, believed to be a remnant of the Second Temple. The Temple Mount for Jews was a place of devotion with no imminent demands awaiting the Messiah.

My Life's experiences as a Differently Abled Individual
Story 1: Overcoming Adversity Through Belief Growing up, your appearance often seems to matter, not just to others but to yourself as well. The fear of being alone and unaccepted can be overwhelming. Some things in life are beyond your control, and you must learn to live with them. The choice you have is to either give up or keep moving forward. At the age of 12, I experienced sleepless nights, waking up to strange sounds in my room. I shouldn't have been experiencing sleep troubles at that age. One night, as I went to the kitchen for water, I thought I heard something in my room. It was unsettling, but I brushed it off. The next night, I heard noises in the kitchen, and I saw someone rummaging through our fridge. The intruder quickly left, but the next day, a strange smell lingered in my room, though I couldn't detect it. That night, something even more terrifying happened. I woke up to an eerie sound in my room, only to discover a large, dirty-looking man under my bed. I was shocked and screamed for my parents, who, with the help of the police, removed the intruder. 3 Disturbing True Horror Stories
Story 1: The Intruder Under my Bed As a child, I had the privilege of occupying the most spacious room in our house. A peculiar layout divided our family home into two levels, with my room situated on the lower floor. This privilege stemmed from being the only boy among my siblings. I enjoyed the extra space and a full-size bed since I was 12 years old. However, at the age of 12, an unusual series of events began to unfold. For several nights in a row, I woke up inexplicably, struggling to fall back asleep. This was highly unusual for someone my age. Even with a fan generating white noise, I couldn't pinpoint the source of my disturbance. One night, while refilling my glass of water, I thought I heard something inside my room. The faucet turned off, and the room was eerily silent. This eerie feeling prompted me to investigate, and I reached the doorway, perplexed by an unexplained sense of unease.Soon after, I decided to sleep on the living room couch. It was a better option, even though I still had trouble sleeping. On another night, I awoke to sounds from the kitchen, where the fridge's light glow and the sound of someone rummaging through it chilled me. My parents were out for the night, so I had no choice but to go back to sleep, despite my discomfort. The next day, my mom noticed an unpleasant odor in my room, but I couldn't detect it. Ignoring her advice to clean up the smell proved to be a grave mistake. That night, we switched on the air conditioning due to the heat, but my sleep was again disrupted. In the silence that followed the fan's cessation, I heard a disturbing sound – breathing that wasn't mine. I scanned my room, checking the closet and under the bed. It was there that I made a horrifying discovery: a large, unkempt person lying beneath my bed, their eyes closed.I scrambled backward and screamed for my dad, who quickly removed the intruder as my mom called 911. The ordeal left a lasting impact on me, making it difficult to sleep comfortably in my own room. My dad installed security cameras, and we disposed of any opened food in the fridge, concerned about potential contamination. Whether the intruder had malicious intent or not, the experience of someone lurking under your bed is a child's worst nightmare.
